Programs
Each program focuses on one part of digital office life. They can be taken individually or combined into a broader course, depending on what a team actually needs.
Sessions run in small groups in Katowice, with online options available for teams spread across locations. Every program listed below assumes no prior technical background and builds from there. Pace is adjusted based on the group, which sometimes means a program runs longer than its listed range.
Foundations of the Modern Inbox
Covers organizing a cluttered inbox, understanding folders versus labels, searching effectively, and deciding when a reply belongs in email rather than chat. Includes a short section on writing subject lines that actually help the recipient.
Cloud Drives Without the Confusion
Explains how shared drives differ from a personal computer's folders, how version history protects against mistakes, and how sharing permissions actually work. Built around whichever platform your workplace already uses.
Confident Video Meetings
Covers joining and hosting calls, muting and camera basics, screen sharing, background and lighting adjustments, and the small etiquette habits that make video meetings feel routine rather than nerve-wracking.
Everyday Cybersecurity Habits
Focuses on recognizing suspicious emails and links, understanding password managers, applying updates without fear of losing data, and knowing what to do the moment something feels wrong.
Working with Shared Documents
Covers real-time co-editing, comments and suggestions, tracked changes, and the etiquette of editing a document that several colleagues are working in at once.
Calendars & Digital Time Management
Explains scheduling meetings across colleagues' calendars, blocking focus time, setting reminders, and reading availability correctly before proposing a time.
Format and scheduling
Programs run as in-person sessions at our Katowice location, or remotely where a group prefers it. Group sizes are kept deliberately small. Scheduling is flexible and can be arranged around working hours, including split sessions across a lunch break.
